I’m a Southern California native who earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Boston University where I was also a member of the Division 1 Varsity Rowing team. Triple Net (NNN)

NNN properties are an appealing option for investors seeking steady returns with minimal management responsibilities. These are typically single-tenant retail properties leased to tenants with high credit ratings on “net, net, net” terms (hence the NNN acronym). The NNN structure will provide a consistent income flow with (in some cases) the investor’s only responsibility to be to collect and deposit their rent check.
